Terms of service

By placing an order with CarGuru Services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service

CarGuru Services provides car servicing in the UAE. Our team will deliver the service per the booking — either at your selected slot location or via pickup & delivery if requested — fitting the selected service, and remove your previous service for recycling.

2. Pricing

Prices shown on this site are inclusive of fitting and previous-service recycling. Travel surcharges, if any, are shown clearly during booking before you confirm.

3. Warranty

Every service comes with a manufacturer warranty of up to 24 months. The exact term depends on the brand and model selected, and is confirmed in writing on your warranty card at the time of fitting. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes damage caused by accident, misuse, or modification.

4. Payment

Payment is due on completion of fitting. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, and bank transfer. Online prepayment may be required for certain promotions.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before our service team is dispatched. Once dispatched, a small call-out fee may apply.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 7 business days for cancelled orders. Defective parts are replaced under warranty.

7. Liability

CarGuru Services's liability is limited to the value of the service supplied. We are not liable for indirect damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
